Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Pack Your Fragrance

Carefully place the perfume bottle back into its original box and secure it inside a shipping carton with protective padding to prevent breakage.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Receive Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned bottle, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
